Good place 🖒 …
Cold cuts are nice. The ingredients are fresh, the taste is on point. It is always preferred within the borders of Buca. Kokoreç wasn't bad either. Of course, I prefer cold cuts. They also make kokoreç with cold cuts, but I haven't tried it.
The atmosphere was tight, but it wasn't very busy on Sunday. Service is slow. You have to follow the order. It's nice to be in a central location, close to everywhere. I can't say it's a very clean place.
Overall I give it 4 stars. I paid 190 lira for cold cuts, half kokoreç, ayran and water. It's perfect in this era.
It's not a flavor that I enjoy eating very much, but I can say that this place does this job better than other places. It was a standard flavor in Kokareci, I suggest you try it if you come across it.
Even though I ordered the cold cuts only as lavash, the meat was very little and they used onions to make it look plentiful.
Quarter Kokoreç, on the other hand, can be said to have close to plenty of filling. The kokoreç was overcooked and not dried or burnt. It was a soft kokoreç bread, which was heated and not cold.
The service is at a satisfactory level.
